The Geology and Landscape group meet monthly to discuss topics covering Geology and Landscape features in the UK and overseas. We invite guest speakers along to give presentations, and some talks are given by members. We usually end our sessions with recent geology news (eg volcanic eruptions, landslips, earthquakes). Although some members have a good working knowledge of geology, we welcome those who wish to learn about the subject. Trips to local areas of interest are often arranged.
